- Log in to My Numberbank
- Select the product number you want to update
- Add a URL link to your product image (no file upload required)
- Use a supported format: JPEG, PNG, SVG or HEIC
- Follow our full image guidelines to ensure the best results
Important: upcoming requirement
Product images will soon be mandatory for all new items shared to Verified by GS1.
- Existing shared items without images will remain shareable
- However, we strongly recommend adding images to all listings to maximise data quality, trust and visibility
