The Healthcare User Group (HUG) is looking to recruit patient wristband or wristband printer suppliers to help understand how we can further the use of GS1 standards to identify hospital inpatients across England.
The Healthcare User Group (HUG) is made up of invited senior representatives from healthcare central bodies, providers, suppliers, solution providers and other related organisations. Its aim is to drive the understanding and adoption of GS1 standards across the healthcare industry.
A key GS1 UK healthcare goal is to ensure that patient wristbands are compliant to the ISB1077. As part of this, the HUG is looking to recruit patient wristband or wristband printer suppliers to help understand how we can further the use of GS1 standards to identify hospital inpatients across England.
If you’d be interested in applying, please get in touch via email with claire.clarke@gs1uk.org by the 12 October 2018.
