Healthcare supplier adoption group

Working with industry professionals to realise the benefits of GS1 standards.

The GS1 UK healthcare supplier adoption group brings together industry suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors responsible for GS1 standards implementation or regulatory compliance.

Supplier adoption group

About the supplier adoption group

The healthcare supplier adoption group is made up of suppliers and manufacturers that supply products and medical devices to provider organisations. It serves to amplify the adoption of GS1 standards and support adherence to regulation such as UDI requirements for medical device regulations (MDR) and in-vitro diagnostic device regulations (IVDR).

The group meets quarterly, to discuss practical approaches to GS1 standards implementation and regulatory requirements, and to share best practice learnings to support GS1 standards adoption.
