Step by step guide
Follow these steps to publish your product information to Verified by GS1 (VbG).
Ensure that you have allocated a GTIN to your product in My Numberbank.
Fill in the fields that are required for publication to VbG. These are identified by the green tick.
Images are now mandatory for new items being shared to VbG. Existing items without images are still fully shareable but we recommend always adding an image.
Monitor the progress bar on the right-hand side. It will indicate when you’ve added enough data for the item to be shared.
Once all necessary information is entered, click the submit button to publish your product data to VbG.
