1. Agreement to terms
By completing the GS1 UK Scaling Survey, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Organisers
The prize draw is being run by GS1 UK.
3. Survey overview
GS1 UK is conducting a survey to better understand the challenges faced by SMEs when scaling a business. By completing the survey, participants will automatically be entered into a draw to win either: 1x £100 John Lewis voucher or 1x of two £50 John Lewis Vouchers.
4. Eligibility to enter
- The participant must be a Founder, Co-Founder, MD, or CEO aged 18 or over.
- The business must be an existing GS1 UK member.
- The business must be registered on Companies House UK.
- UK residents and registered businesses only.
5. How to enter
Entry is free of charge. To enter, participants must have completed the GS1 UK Scaling Survey. Only one entry per company is allowed.
6. Entry period
The competition starts on Tuesday 25 November 2025 and closes on 12th December (depending on the number of applicants).
7. The prize
The 3x winners will receive either 1x John Lewis voucher worth £100 or 1x John Lewis voucher worth £50. There is 1x voucher worth £100 and 2x vouchers worth £50. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
8. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random by GS1 UK from all eligible entries and notified by email no later than 12th January. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
9. Data protection and publicity
Entrants agree to have their data shared with GS1 UK for administering the opportunity. All data will be handled in accordance with GS1 UK's privacy policy.
10. General
GS1 UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The competition and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
