Designed with member feedback, it puts clarity first, helping you see what needs attention, cut steps from everyday tasks and keep access and renewals in order. Faster and more reliable, it connects the tools you rely on so you can move seamlessly between services without losing momentum. It is a step forward for the everyday work that matters, giving you confidence and time back from day one.
What is My GS1?
My GS1 is your personalised membership hub. It gives you a single, secure sign in and a dashboard that shows key information at a glance, alongside tailored insights, content and events. From managing users and subscriptions to handling payments and finding member benefits, it brings everything together in one place.
Why we are updating My GS1
Member feedback told us our community wanted a single place to see what matters, fewer steps to complete common tasks and more control over users and payments. The new My GS1 delivers a personalised experience that surfaces the content, events and GS1 standards most relevant to you, alongside a dashboard that shows your membership at a glance.
We have also listened to requests for simpler payments and renewals. Integrated card payments and the option to enable auto renewals reduce admin and help keep membership on track. Direct Debit support remains available for those who prefer it.
Why now?
We have upgraded the underlying systems so My GS1 feels more reliable and secure. The new experience includes integrated payments, faster journeys and clearer controls for subscriptions and communication preferences. These improvements are designed to save time and provide confidence in the moments that matter.
What you will be able to do
From launch day onwards, you will be able to...
See what matters first with a personalised dashboard that shows key membership information in one place, alongside tailored insights, content and events to support your goals. You can also access partners, member benefits and valuable, on demand content.
Manage with confidence by adding the right people with the right permissions, keeping access tidy and transparent. Update company details and set your communication preferences in a few clicks. Move seamlessly between My GS1, My Numberbank and other services.
Pay and renew with less friction using integrated card payments at checkout. Pay multiple invoices at once and choose how renewals are handled. Enable auto renewals on card or set up direct debit, so you spend less time on admin and more time on your priorities.
You will still access My Numberbank through My GS1 using your usual sign in. Your identifiers and product data remain available after the upgrade, with a clearer journey to the tools you use most often.
When it is happening?
The new My GS1 will go live on Monday 2 February.
To ensure a smooth transition, access to My GS1 and My Numberbank will be paused from Friday 30 January at 5 pm until Monday 2 February at 2 pm. Please make sure you have any numbers and barcodes you may need before the weekend. We will let you know as soon as services are back online.
