My Numberbank provides greater visibility and management of your GS1 numbers and essential product information. This can also be shared directly to the GS1 global data registry (Verified by GS1) for further visibility and verification.

In addition to these enhancements, we've streamlined our membership plans for fair and transparent pricing across all membership levels. All plans are based on your company’s turnover and business needs, as outlined below.

FAQs
New pricing will come into effect at your first subscription renewal on or after 1 April 2025.
For example, if you are on an annual subscription that renews on October 15 2025, the new pricing will go into effect on that date.
If your membership subscription renewal falls before 1 April 2025, you will be moved on the new pricing on your next renewal date in 2026.
All members will be able to access all benefits listed in the new membership plans from 1 April 2025.
The product and invoice contacts on your account will receive a renewal email outlining these details.
You can also log in to My GS1 and find the renewal date under subscriptions and certificates for your annual membership.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we take pride in providing value for money to our members. For over six years, despite high inflation and an increasingly tough economic climate, we have maintained our price plans by absorbing increased costs to keep our prices frozen.
To continue meeting the evolving needs of our members and deliver the best possible support, products and services, we have simplified our membership fee bands. This means you may see an increase in prices upon renewal. Many members will still benefit from frozen prices at lower band levels.
All GS1 UK member price plans have been updated to reflect current pricing standards for consistency across all our members.
The price plans for the GS1 UK partners will not change. We are in the process of reviewing our partnership offer to make sure it delivers even better value.
The pricing for productDNA and TrueSource will remain the same. However, we are simplifying the LocationManager band structure to align with our membership tiers.
This new structure will consist of six bands based on turnover, ensuring consistency across our product and service offerings. Members whose turnover places them in a new membership band will also be moved to the corresponding LocationManager band. Our team will notify those affected by this change.
Our fees are based on GS1 member company turnover to ensure they are fair and equitable to all. This means companies with the lowest turnover, often start-ups, pay the smallest amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for previously generated and paid barcode images under past terms and conditions.
We ask for your turnover at the time of joining and base your annual membership fee on this. Your turnover is also checked annually through FullCircl and updated accordingly.
You can check your turnover in My GS1 by selecting the account details section.
We can also help you change your band if you provide us with your turnover figures from your company’s latest financial statement.
