We meet every partner in whatever format and protocol they already use, from EDIFACT, X12 and XML to CSV, flat file, PDF and email, over AS2, SFTP, OFTP, VAN, HTTPS and REST API. Adding the next partner is a matter of clicks, not another project. 

On top of that connectivity sits an AI layer that looks after the data itself. Every document is validated and enriched before it moves, so GS1 identifiers such as GTINs and GLNs stay intact and retailer requirements are met first time. Where a partner cannot trade electronically at all, our AI agents read their PDFs and emails, check the data against your master data and open orders, and deliver clean records into your ERP. The result is fewer rejected documents, fewer disputed invoices and faster payment. 

Procuros connects to any ERP. Ready-made connectors cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, NetSuite, SAP, Unleashed Xentral and weclapp among others, with an open REST API for anything else.
