Locating your certificate
Follow the steps below to locate and download your certificate:
Log in to your My GS1 account.
On the left-hand side of your screen, select Subscriptions and certificates.
Under the Cert column, click on the download icon for your certificate.
Select the relevant number type. For most members, this will be GTIN-13. If you have GTIN-12s on your account, otherwise known as UPC, you can select this option instead.
Select the relevant prefix or prefixes and then click download.
Most members only have one prefix on their account, particularly if they’re new to GS1 UK. However, if you have more, you’ll see them all listed in the Download certificate section.
