Campaigns we’ve delivered
We’ve worked with retailers, foodservice operators and distributors and healthcare providers – all large organisations with a network of suppliers who need to adopt new trading requirements. Here’s just a few of them:
We worked with the Department of Health and their top 100 suppliers to baseline the current readiness of these key suppliers against the requirements of the NHS eProcurement Strategy for the adoption of GS1 standards.
We on-boarded 200 suppliers as part of Brakes’ GDS (Global Data Synchronisation) project, completing all necessary workflow and publishing product data to comply with Brakes GDS trading requirements, including data required to comply with Food Information to Consumers Regulation (EU 1169/2011).
We helped over 500 suppliers to align their product data with Morrisons’ trading requirements.
We delivered the first phase of an on-boarding project for Whitbread, achieving supplier bar code compliance through engagement with 120 suppliers. We educated them on barcoding requirements and carried out barcode verification.
GS1 UK has successfully on-boarded the majority of our target supplier community, ensuring they are engaged and their products ready to be accepted in to the Whitbread system.”
We on-boarded Mitchells & Butlers' food and drink suppliers, ensuring their suppliers provided accurate product data via the GS1 UK TrueSource data pool.
Before we came to GS1 UK, it was an uphill struggle trying to get all our suppliers using GS1 standards. Their highly experienced team designed a roll-out programme that fitted our precise requirements. In the space of three months, we were able to get 98% of drinks suppliers submitting their product data. Given this success, we subsequently engaged GS1 UK to manage the roll-out for our food suppliers."
