Overview
Due to the ongoing pressures across our health and social care system, NHS Scotland have decided to go light for 2023 with a one-day in-person event. The event will still deliver an extensive programme of the most important thinking and developments for NHS Scotland and partners, as both continue to reform and renew coming out of the pandemic. So while this year’s event will be a more-stripped back affair – and sadly without our usual exhibition hall and poster exhibition - there will still be the opportunity to hear from some of the most senior leaders across the health and care system in Scotland and to take part in discussions about priorities and ongoing work to meet current and future challenges.
And of course, as it is still in-person, you’ll have the opportunity to network and meet with colleagues who work in and with NHS Scotland to have those really important conversations.

The NHS Scotland Event 2023 will create a unique opportunity for delegates to:

- Showcase the incredible work being done to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic
- Hear from inspiring health and social care experts on the progress being made in the health and social care landscape
- Learn what mechanisms others use in order to support the sustainable delivery of health and social care through quality improvement which can be adopted locally to improve outcomes
What's on the agenda?
This year’s NHS Scotland Event's event theme is 'recovery and renewal in our health and care services'. The event will engage delegates with an extensive programme as well as offering the welcome opportunity to network in-person with colleagues.
