What standards are needed for automated goods receipt?
Using bar codes and GS1 Logistics Labels on all the pallets you ship or receive means goods can be scanned in and received quickly and accurately.
If you use industry standard electronic messages such as Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) between you and your suppliers it means you’ll know exactly what goods are on their way to you and when they will arrive – allowing you to schedule an efficient delivery with confidence.
