Single track or album application

For as little as £25, you can apply for a maximum of 3 single bar code numbers a year

If your music organisation has a turnover of less than £10,000 per annum and you only need limited numbers, you can order the following:

• a single number (GTIN-13) for £25 per year
• two numbers (GTIN-13) for £50 per year
• three numbers (GTIN-13) for £75 per year

To order these numbers you'll need to  complete the application form (pdf) and post it to GS1 UK, Staple Court, 11 Staple Inn Buildings, London WC1V 7QH along with your completed direct debit mandate form.
