Problems logging in

You'll need to be a GS1 UK member to login to this our website.

"I can't remember my password"

Go to forgotten your password, type in your GS1 UK registered account email address and we will email your password.

----------

"When I use forgotten your password, my email address is not recognised"

First check that you've entered your email correctly. If you still get this message speak to our
service team on 0808 178 8799.

----------

"I get the following message when I try to login"
Your email or password has been entered incorrectly, try again or use the forgot password function. Please note, your account will be locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts and you will then need to contact our service team to unlock.

You'll get this message if you've entered an incorrect password or if we can't recognise your email address. Try using the forgotten your password page.

If you repeatedly enter an incorrect password against a correct email address, the system will lock you out after 5 attempts and you won't be able to login again, even if you do remember your password. If this happens you'll need to call our service team on 0808 178 8799.

----------

"I need access to a document or page on the site and it asks me for a login which I don't have"

If you're employed by an organisation who's a GS1 UK member then you are entitled to access resources on this site, you can do this in one of 2 ways:
1. Ask the main contact at your organisation to set you up with a password
2. Contact our service team on 0808 178 8799 and they will be able to set you up

----------

"Can I get a login if I am a member of a GS1 organisation but not GS1 UK?"

You won't be able to get a password to use this website unless you are a member of GS1 UK. Try your local country site for the information you are after or call our service team on 0808 178 8799
