The Supervisory Board is the governing body of GS1 UK. It is elected annually at the AGM and meets at least six times a year to determine and review the association’s strategy, annual operational plan and budget.

The day-to-day running of GS1 UK is delegated to the Operating Board, whose membership comprises the staff directors. GS1 UK’s groups report into the Operating Board, which meets every month. View the Memorandum and Articles of Association by downloading the document below.
