GS1 UK is a not-for-profit, membership organisation
Day-to-day running of the business is handled by the staff directors, who make up our operating board. They meet at least monthly and take reports from each of the GS1 UK groups.
Our strategy, annual operating plan and budget is determined by elected representatives of the membership, our supervisory board.
The supervisory board is voted in at our Annual General Meeting, and meets at least 5 times a year.
