• www.discoverrfid.org highlights the benefits of RFID technology in a consumer-friendly manner, showing how RFID can help save lives, save money and make shopping easier.

• The European guide to implement EPC/RFID for retailers and their suppliers: GS1 invited major retailers and their suppliers in Europe to create a guideline and reference of good practices to facilitate any future EPC implementations in Europe. The document is structured in a Q&A format giving answers to the major questions raised in the marketplace. The answers in this document are focused at a high level so that management can be better informed on the key issues and also have access to relevant complementary information. • White papers: GS1 UK has published three white papers about RFID which will help anyone who has a good understanding of RFID take the next step by understanding many of the issues surrounding the technology and its standards.
  

1. Architecting an RFID future: Formulating an RFID strategy across the business. Written in conjunction with Datamonitor and Cisco, this paper sets out to assist manufacturers, retailers and logistics companies in their progression from current RFID implementations towards that so-called nirvana that RFID promises to deliver.
2. The EPCglobal RFID development and implementation guide: This paper investigates the key elements an organisation should consider during the development and implementation of an RFID application to EPCglobal standards.
3. A guide to RFID frequency standards and regulations in the European UHF range:This paper will help organisations make an informed decision about UHF frequencies when defining and selecting an RFID system.
